What is a Pre-delivery inspection (PDI)?

The Pre-Delivery Inspection (“PDI”) is conducted when your new house is ready for occupancy. It is your first opportunity (for some types of defects the only opportunity) to examine condition of your ready-to-use house before you take possession. Yes, you may. Our reports may be used as starting points for renovation or remodeling into your property, as well as for:

  • detection possible issues of your house before renovation;
  • planning activities for renovation and remodeling, in advance manner,
  • comparing your house before and after renovation;
  • avoiding of missing of possible problems and check quality of renovation;

You can make notes on the margin and show places of concern to your renovator. Just have a look on examples of pages with explanation of various problems from our Reports.
