How we define our Quotes for our services?

Dear Clients, we do not hide elements, because of our principle “No hidden fees.”Our Quotes depend on various features of your property, such as:

  1. Sq. Feet of a property. The larger the area of a house, the higher the price, since the inspector needs in more time to inspect.
  2. Age of a property (more than 25 years or not). The older your property, the more attentively our inspector should examine it. Therefore, the inspection time increases and the price also increases.
  3. Type of inspection/Inspections. You can choose several different inspections, and accordingly the price for the whole service will rise.
  4. Additional separate items of your property. If you have separate items such as separate garages, barns, etc. the price will be calculated separately for each item.
  5. Additional inspections in one package. If you buy some additional inspections in one service, such as general home inspection plus thermal imaging, air blow door, etc. you can save, because we developed a policy “Buy more, save more!” and provide deep discounts for package booking.

Our quotes are transparent because we want to build long term relationships with our Clients, hate annoying practice of some companies to hide price elements, making unpleasant surprises to clients at the check point.

We believe that if clients pay money, they have rights to know exactly what are included in quotes, how prices are formed.

We work hard to provide benefits to our clients. In order to increase value for your money, the Home Inspector spends minimum 3 hours for a comprehensive home inspection with state-of-the-art our equipment and takes many photos.

The preparation of each Report takes over 3 hours. The Inspector analyzes, aggregates information which he collects during an Inspection, and prepares a user-friendly Home Inspection report with many explanative pictures.
