  • Victor studied hard and earned the Seneca College Certificate of Home Inspector, CPI (Certified Professional Inspector of InterNACHI), and Thermal Imaging surveyor, Level I, as well as other Professional courses;

  • Victor is a quite gifted technician person in many technical areas; and has extensive Engineering education and background.
